Getting it Done Day One
Get Fit Or Get Out!!!!!
I completed Plyo Cardio Circuit for my Day 1 of Insanity. I chenged up my eating a little bit today for my afternoon snack and let me tell you I had some energy that was crazy. I did not get tired during this workout today. I actually got my muscles hurting before I had to stop and break. And yes I still have to break during these workouts but you know what I work on the form for these routines nd make them count this time not just pushing through but getting the correct form and getting them in.. It is a great feeling when you get to the end and see a puddle of sweat on the floor and say I DID IT.. Makes me feel as I can do anything..
