Body Beast -- Back and Bis
This morning I woke up early to get my workout in before going to work. So the gym was full last night and I am the type that does not like to wait or have to move around a lot of people to workout. So I got up and cranked out Back and Bis... This was great it woke me up I feel I did good during this workout. I completed all the reps and routines. I have to remember that this is the first week and I do not need to push it to the brink of bad form or exhaustion just yet. I have a long way to go and I need to just take this week and work the Kinks out and soreness out then BAM hit it harder than before..
