 The reason I am a Beachbody Coach is simple.. It is to get my friends and family to see what the world is doing and to help them get into something that can change their lives forever. Some of them really need to get into s Healthy and Fit lifestyle but they are not to that point yet. I continue to tell them and try to get them into the way it should be so our family does not end up like the rest of the world.
