Beast Mode ON!!!

When are you going to Push the Button?
 
 
Today was shoulders and I can tell you this I was tired today or this morning. I can tell when I am tired or not awake yet because my body tells me that I cannot lift that much even though my minds tells me Beast Up... So I did both. I might not of got as many reps as required but I did the heavy weight for as many as my body would push out. I was satisfied with the workout. I am also supposed to do Beast Abs but I am saved this for tonight. When you run out of time you run out of time. That is the beauty of these workouts you can do them when you want.. :)

Do you ever save workouts for later or split them up during the day??

                                      This is just some of the workouts that are in the Program. 

 Yep still here and still Pushing Play every morning. This morning was Build Back and Bis.. It is getting better and better everytime I push Play. My back and bis are getting stronger and better. I pumped some real weight this morning with the back routines. Then on the Bi's I did great continued to up the weight and get the burn and as you might say I could barely lift my arms during my shower. Which means one thing, I am getting it done or I am doing it wrong? But I think I am getting it done. This is going to be great. I am 9 days in and already upping my weights. This is a real Beast program and it is going to get me those results just wait and see..

Body Beast -- Week 2 -- Chest and Tris


Good Morning,

 I woke up early yesterday and today and did my workouts. It has been a good feeling to make it past week one. I am proud of myself. As if you are doing Body Beast then you know how it would make you feel completing the first week. Great Accomplishment.
 I got up and tackled Chest and Tris this morning I pushed harder and did whatever it took. I can compare this workout to the other one. I did all the push ups NOT like before it was still hard but that is where the changes happen when it gets hard you keep going and pushing. So that is exactly what I did took a deep breath and pushed threw it. I know you can do the same..

Body Beast -- Back and Bis


 This morning I woke up early to get my workout in before going to work. So the gym was full last night and I am the type that does not like to wait or have to move around a lot of people to workout. So I got up and cranked out Back and Bis... This was great it woke me up I feel I did good during this workout. I completed all the reps and routines. I have to remember that this is the first week and I do not need to push it to the brink of bad form or exhaustion just yet. I have a long way to go and I need to just take this week and work the Kinks out and soreness out then BAM hit it harder than before..

Balance and Strength

Chest and Tri -- Body Beast


Well last was Chest and Tris... I must say that it was surprising. I have done this workout before and I feel as I have done better before but I have not worked out in a while like about 3 to 4 weeks. I can tell a difference in my strength. I did all the routines and did not give up. At the end when I got to the giant sets and had the push ups at the end it was harder than ever before. I did no...t finish all of them but I did go to my knees and get as many as I could. But you know what this is going to improve with time and I will get this down. Let's say it is a goal to complete them as I have many times before. I am completed done my arms are hurting and my body and chest are just gone for the night. So I am satisfied with the amount I have done today and I will get better and better. So keep getting Beasty folks..

Getting Ripped in 90 days



Well Folks... Here it is the day that I have been waiting for the day that will change me for the next 90 days.. This is a sample of the workout I will be doing. It is going to test me, Push me and hopefully not break me. I am going to change the way I feel and look in the next 90 days to get ripped and get beasty with Sagi the newest trainer from Beachbody.. Best Motivation -- Watch it Daily


 If you had something to do and everyone tells you that you cannot do it. Then where would the world be if everyone thought the same thing I cannot do it. The world would not have a Army of Service men that protect you so you can do anything you want in this life. The world would not have Athletes that we watch and say I can do better than that or that was amazing. You to can be Amazing and be what you want to be. Just have to give Life your all and see what happens. At the end of the day say I gave you my best Life see you tomorrow. Let's see how I do in the morning. People You and I can be anything we want to be in this world. You can change all the things in your life one day and one step at a time. Just make the decision to do it. No dream is to BIG no dream is to SMALL.. Just takes you and I doing our best everyday..

 I have started this thread to join forces and get our BEAST MODE ON!!!! I want to explain something to you here.. This is BODY BEAST they did not name it that for any reason. The best way to get this done is to be accountable for your workouts.

Have you ever had someone tell you that you cannot do it or you will not do it?

 I have and all I can tell them is that I am going to “SHOW YOU ALL” that I can be the best I can be, I can do it and so can YOU!! So for the next 90 days let’s Show Them All together and make them eat their words when we succeed. When you Decide, Commit you will Succeed..
