Shoulders and Arms



 Last night was Shoulders and Arms from P90X this is one of the best Arm and Shoulder workouts I have done as he explains the workout is a Glamour routine and it is the link to the rest of the upper body. Without strong shoulders then you will not have what it takes for strong arms and chest. So this is a key workout. I have so much fun in this workout it is Shoulder, Bi, Tri... In a seris or moves that burns your shoulders and arms into shape. After this workout I have such a hardtime lifting just my arms it is simply amazing to me. You should try it or at the least let me know your routine and we can compare what we both do during this routine..
