Morning Work

Got up this morning and got it on with Kenpo X and it was good I can feel my core getting strnger during the moves. I can tell because I can feel my Abs and I can keep my balance better during the combo kick and punches. This is a great calorie burn workout. I got a good sweat and I really enjoyed this workout a lot. You can try it and I know you will enjoy it just as much, it is everyone's favorite workout for P90X..
