Just wanted to show you the progress I have made in almost a year of being with ...Beachbody. Beachbody has given me the best gift this year as they have made me a better person inside and out..
I am a little bit ashamed of the before picture's but the today picture's I am proud of them as I have worked hard and I am not done yet I am still going strong and getting stronger. You have this in you also and you can get the body you want in life. I want to thank Beachbody for introducing Shakeology and a good workout program which is why I am changing my life.
