Body Beast -- Week 2 -- Chest and Tris


Good Morning,

 I woke up early yesterday and today and did my workouts. It has been a good feeling to make it past week one. I am proud of myself. As if you are doing Body Beast then you know how it would make you feel completing the first week. Great Accomplishment.
 I got up and tackled Chest and Tris this morning I pushed harder and did whatever it took. I can compare this workout to the other one. I did all the push ups NOT like before it was still hard but that is where the changes happen when it gets hard you keep going and pushing. So that is exactly what I did took a deep breath and pushed threw it. I know you can do the same..
