Small Victories




 Last night I did Chest and Back and I am so glad that I did this workout today. I did not do as well as I thought I would of done tonight but you know what I have along way to go and I will improve everyday. I completed 178 push ups during the hour workout. So that is not bad to me I wanted to complete 200. So I have a little work to do to get to this point, but it is a small victory for me to get as many as I did... I like the small victories they are the things that keep us going and allow us to challenge ourselfs everyday. I cannot wait until tonights workout
